Frantoio - Frantoio olive oil is one of the most highly acclaimed olive oil varieties in the world, especially in the Tuscan regions of Italy. This olive oil has a wonderful aroma with fruity notes and a hint of green apple ending with a slightly strong aftertaste. These Frantoio olives were handpicked and milled within hours of harvest, to ensure the greatest quality possible. Perfect choice for any dish, from salads to a light sauté.

Coratina -This unique olive oil has a medium beginning with a big finish, as wafts of fresh green olives give way to a huge kick of pepper with a hint of bitterness. The Coratina’s strong flavor makes it ideal for use in tomato and heavier bodied sauces, but with its spicy notes, it also performs well in salads and as a dipper. Additionally, for any soups that call for an olive oil finish, look no further than this fruity, peppery variety. Silver medal winner at the 2015 LA International Olive Oil Competition & 2015 COOC Competition.

Nocellara del Belice - This smooth oil is very aromatic, with notes of Artichoke, Banana and ripe fruit. In the end, it is the ripe olive fruit that makes this oil a favorite. The finish is wonderfully sweet and fresh. Nocellara exhibits a balance and versatility that allows it to be paired equally with all Balsamics and Vinegars. As a salad oil, it will please even the most discriminating palate. It is excellent bread dipping oil, that will also lend outstanding flavor to your sauces. Ascolana - Well balanced fruity flavor with delicate intensity. Our Ascolana is a favorite at the shows and competitions alike. It won silver medal at the 2015 COOC Competition. Handpicked and milled within hours for the highest quality possible. Drizzle over a spring salad salad or serve with your favorite bread.

Picual - Like many Spanish olive oils, the Picual has a medium body, smooth texture, and sweet, buttery taste. It is an excellent choice for use as an everyday olive oil. As an, all-purpose oil, the Picual works beautifully in sauces and salads, and is a delicious counterpart to the more flavorful balsamic vinegars. For an appetizer, sprinkle it with assorted grated cheeses and spices and use it as a dipper for your favorite crusty bread. When warmed, the Picual gives off the sweet aroma of ripe tomatoes.

Rio Bravo Ranch Blend - Our Blend was created to be delicious yet versatile. This oil can be paired with bread, salads, or you can cook your favorite dishes with it.
